Original Context

What Happened?

Merriam-Webster dates wider slang aura circulation to the early 2020s and the points trend to summer 2024. Farming borrows the idea of accumulating rewards through actions. Know Your Meme reports a January 28, 2024 TikTok as an early aura-farming example, not verified first creation.
