Hannah Jiles
Medical device sales professional and Love Is Blind Season 7 participant.
Overview
Hannah Jiles is a medical device sales professional who appeared on the Washington, DC-based seventh season of Netflix’s Love Is Blind. She became engaged to real estate agent Nick Dorka after a pod courtship that also included a connection with art dealer Leo Braudy. Her engagement to Dorka ended before the wedding. After filming, Jiles discussed her communication style and the decision to focus more attention on her own life.
Netflix introduced Jiles as someone from West Virginia who valued honesty and wanted a partner with ambition. Her dog Luna was an important part of the home life she hoped to share. She acknowledged that being direct could sometimes sound harsher than she intended. After several years without a relationship, she wanted to take a more active approach to meeting someone rather than hoping a partner would appear without changing her routine.
Her time in the pods involved uncertainty as well as attraction. Netflix’s account described Jiles and Dorka briefly separating and reconnecting, while she also considered Braudy. She ultimately chose to become engaged to Dorka and continued into the real-world part of the experiment. Their relationship brought different expectations and ways of speaking to one another into sharper focus, and they did not reach a marriage ceremony together.
In Netflix’s October 2024 post-reunion interview, Jiles said she had spent the intervening period prioritizing herself and time with Luna rather than dating. She described learning that another person’s communication style could be different without automatically being wrong. At the same time, she recognized that she wanted to work on how she delivered her own opinions. She and Dorka had exchanged messages after the engagement ended but eventually stopped communicating. Her reflections framed the experience as a reason to examine her habits, even without a lasting romantic match.
