The Lowdown

The wait is over. Zeus’s official Baddies USA account posted the full Chapter Three trailer at 9:48 p.m. ET on Sunday, and it closes on the line fans have been hunting for since the cast reveal: “Premiering November 8th,” only on Zeus (Baddies USA on X). That’s next Sunday. The trailer runs a little over five minutes, and this being Baddies, it doesn’t exactly go light on the drama.

Key Takeaways

Zeus released the official Baddies USA Chapter Three trailer on Sunday, Nov. 1, through the show’s X account (Baddies USA on X).
The trailer’s end card says Chapter Three premieres Nov. 8, streaming only on Zeus (Baddies USA on X).
A shorter official teaser went up on Zeus’s site in late October (Zeus).
TMZ is calling it the franchise’s 10th season, nicknamed the “Diamond Season” (TMZ).

What’s in the Trailer

We already knew who was coming. Back in September, Zeus CEO Lemuel Plummer revealed a giant cast, with Natalie Nunn back as star and executive producer, {sukihana|Sukihana} among a long list of returning Baddies and original Bad Girls Club veterans Christina Salgado and Lucci Vee (The Whitsdom Press). We broke all of that down in our Chapter Three cast story. What was missing was a date.

Now there is one. Going by the official footage, this season leans hard on confrontations, including the brawl in our still above. The Zeus site’s own teaser description sums up the vibe: “The Baddies turn the page to Chapter 3 with new storylines that write themselves” (Zeus).

The official post had well over 150,000 views on X by Monday morning (Baddies USA on X).

What People Are Saying

TMZ jumped on it within the hour:

And the fans who’ve been waiting since the September cast reveal were mostly thrilled.

Our Take: The Fights Are the Marketing

A five-minute trailer built around brawls tells you exactly what Zeus thinks sells, and it’s hard to argue with the numbers. Still, we’d love a little more story next time. The best Baddies seasons work because the feuds have a backstory. The hits are just the punctuation.

The other thing we’re watching: with a cast this big, some names are going to get lost. The fun part of a trailer like this is guessing who ends up being the breakout and who barely gets a confessional. We’ll know a lot more after Nov. 8.

The Background

Baddies grew out of the Bad Girls Club world that made Nunn famous, and it’s now Zeus’s signature franchise. Before the cast even started filming, one announced cast member said she wouldn’t take part, and the drama played out online (The Whitsdom Press).
