David Faustino has graduated from Bud Bundy to Al, at least for Halloween. The Married… with Children actor shared a family Bundy costume, taking the blue shirt and loose tie for himself while the younger generation took over the kids’ roles.
In his Threads post, Faustino says the idea had been kicking around for a couple of years. His “grumpmasterB” caption gives longtime viewers another joke to catch, with a nod to Bud’s Grandmaster B persona.
That’s the appeal of this family photo: the guy who played the sitcom’s son is now dressed as its dad. Bud finally got promoted, and the uniform still needs ironing.
