The Story
WWE’s Money in the Bank came from New Orleans on Saturday, October 10, and nearly every match set up something bigger (WWE).
In the main event, Roman Reigns kept the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight. Knight kicked out of a Spear and put Reigns through the announce table, but a series of Superman Punches and one final Spear ended it. The 946 confronted Reigns afterward, setting off a brawl with The Usos and Solo Sikoa that spilled into the parking lot (WWE).
Liv Morgan hit Stephanie Vaquer with Oblivion to regain the Women’s World Championship, moments after Vaquer superkicked Becky Lynch onto a table (WWE).
Penta won a men’s ladder match that featured Je’Von Evans driving an ambulance to ringside and then being sent through its roof by Bron Breakker; Penta hit a Mexican Destroyer off a ladder to take the contract. Tiffany Stratton won the women’s ladder match for the second time. Oba Femi also beat Bronson Reed, surviving brass knuckles and a Tsunami (WWE).
