SmackDown Results, October 23, 2026: Blake Monroe Outlasts Giulia in a Street Fight as Michin and B-Fab Win the Tag Titles

The Story

The October 23 SmackDown came from Toyota Arena in Ontario, California (Wrestleview).

Sami Zayn opens, and Nick Aldis books the main event

Days after his face-to-face with Roman Reigns on Raw, Sami Zayn called himself the smartest man in the company, the one who always survives. Rey Fénix interrupted to warn Zayn not to disrespect his family, then Trick Williams came out demanding a title match and grabbed Johnny Gargano by the throat. Zayn hit Williams from behind and bailed, and Nick Aldis answered by putting Zayn and Gargano in a tag match against Williams and Fénix (WWE; Wrestleview).

Chelsea Green (c) def. Roxanne Perez (WWE Women’s Championship)

Roxanne Perez went after Chelsea Green‘s arm, wrenching it over the exposed turnbuckle bracket. Raquel Rodriguez knocked Green off the top rope while Perez distracted the referee, but Iyo Sky came over from Raw to take Rodriguez out, and Green hit the Un-Pretty-Her to retain (WWE; Wrestleview).

Liv Morgan jumped Green after the bell, and The Judgment Day ganged up on Green and Sky until Tiffany Stratton ran in. Stratton knocked Morgan down with the Money in the Bank briefcase and started to cash in, but Rodriguez and Perez pulled Morgan out of the ring before it could happen (WWE; Wrestleview).

Blake Monroe def. Giulia (Street Fight)

Giulia jumped Blake Monroe during her entrance, and the fight used everything around the ring: kendo sticks, a stacked pile of chairs, the barricade, a trash can that Giulia jammed over Monroe’s head, and the LED wall on the stage (WWE; Wrestleview).

They brawled backstage, where Monroe sprayed hairspray in Giulia’s eyes at a makeup table and Giulia drove her through the mirror. Back at ringside, Giulia hit a curb stomp that nearly won it. Monroe answered by blasting her with a fire extinguisher and superplexing her off the ring steps onto the chair pile, then hit the Neutralizer for the win (Wrestleview; WWE).

Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton set Last Man Standing

Randy Orton said he was proud of Cody Rhodes for finally punting someone, but argued that Rhodes would hesitate if he ever had the chance to do it to him. Rhodes came out and called himself the Legend Killer’s killer. Aldis and two producers kept them apart and offered the match for Crown Jewel instead, and Rhodes raised it to Last Man Standing. Orton accepted (WWE; Wrestleview).

Michin & B-Fab def. Alexa Bliss & Tatum Paxley (WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship)

Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley held the titles coming in and controlled much of the match. With the referee looking away, Jade Cargill punched Paxley from ringside, and Michin hit the Styles Clash to give her and B-Fab the titles (WWE; Wrestleview).

Main event: two tag matches

The Zayn and Gargano vs. Williams and Fénix tag match barely started before Ricky Saints pulled Fénix off the apron and beat him down, giving Williams and Fénix a disqualification win. Penta ran in to save his brother and asked for a six-man tag (WWE; Wrestleview).

Penta, Fénix and Williams beat Zayn, Gargano and Saints. After a run of big moves from everyone, Williams hit Zayn with the Trick Shot, kicked out of a Saints rollup with a handful of tights, and pinned Saints with the Book End (WWE; Wrestleview).
