Jasmine Pineda

Overview

Jasmine Pineda entered the 90 Day franchise as a principal cast member of Before the 90 Days season five in December 2021. TLC’s introduction described her as an American literature teacher living in Panama City, Panama. She had connected with Michigan automotive engineer Gino Palazzolo on an international dating website, and the season followed their first face-to-face meeting after months of speaking from different countries.

Her initial story unfolded in Panama rather than during the visa countdown of the original show. The couple discussed marriage and children while struggling with trust, spending and expectations about each other’s past relationships. Gino proposed before returning to the United States. Their engagement did not end the disagreements, and Before the 90 Days season six brought viewers back to the relationship as they awaited approval for Jasmine’s move.

During that return, a proposed prenuptial agreement and the cost of Jasmine’s apartment became sources of conflict. Following a threatened breakup, she made a proposal of her own to Gino. The pair subsequently crossed into 90 Day Fiancé season ten, with Jasmine relocating to Michigan. That season documented her adjustment to the United States, the difficulty of leaving family in Panama and the couple’s eventual wedding.

Jasmine’s appearances continued on Happily Ever After? season eight, where competing in a beauty pageant gave her a personal goal alongside the challenges of married life. She also sought progress on the paperwork that would allow her children to join her. Season two of 90 Day: The Last Resort followed another attempt to repair the relationship. TLC’s retrospective says she and Gino tried an open marriage before separating, and records that she later welcomed a daughter with Matt, another participant introduced during that storyline. Her credits also include Happily Ever After? season nine.
